Letter-of-credit amount wording

Produce English amount wording for USD, GBP, EUR, or JPY without binary floating-point monetary arithmetic.

Grouping commas are optional. USD, GBP, and EUR accept up to 2 minor-unit digits; JPY accepts whole units. Zero minor units are omitted, currency names stay plural, and the result is always English uppercase wording.

Basis: Clean-room implementation of the long-standing SAY … ONLY trade-document convention; ICC UCP 600 and ISBP 821 are linked only as documentary-credit context.
