BastionLog presents check reports compiled from public sources. Each fact carries a source URL and ISO 8601 timestamp; status labels are objective query records of underlying data sources, and the platform does not make any subjective judgment or credit endorsement regarding the counterparty's commercial conduct. Trade decisions based on these reports are made at the customer's sole discretion; the reports do not constitute an investigation conclusion, credit assessment, investment advice, or compliance review result about any company. Service description

BastionLog provides source-linked, timestamped company check reports for cross-border B2B trade. It organizes facts for customer review and leaves every commercial decision to the customer.

Value added to source records

More than a registry lookup

BastionLog turns records from multiple source systems into a reusable, auditable trade check report.

  • Cross-jurisdiction aggregation: one workflow can query a company in any country or region.
  • Structure and normalization: different source formats are mapped into one consistent report structure.
  • Three-state source logs: [Log Found], [Log Not Found], or [Source Unavailable].
  • Fact-level provenance: every presented fact keeps its original source link.
  • Time dimension: each observation carries a timestamp and can support a later change trail.
  • Bilingual delivery: structured web output and downloadable PDF in English and Chinese.

Credits are usage units

Credits can be used only for eligible BastionLog actions. They cannot be redeemed for money or moved between accounts.

Promotional Credits have no monetary redemption value, cannot be moved to another account, and are not refundable.

Refund and cancellation policy

The final refund and cancellation terms will replace this notice after review by Hong Kong counsel. This placeholder contains no time window, percentage, or other unapproved condition.

Presentation and acceptance record

Before an action that can consume Credits, the service presents these terms and records the accepting user, acceptance time, terms version, and action surface.
