Common questions

How is this different from asking ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can make things up that sound real. We only show what was actually found in official registries and public sources, and every item links to the original so you can check it yourself.

Why don't you give a score?

You can't see the rules behind a score, and you can't explain it to your customer or your boss. We lay out what we found, say clearly where we found something and where we didn't, and leave the call to you.

What if nothing comes back?

Some countries have no public official registry. We say "temporarily unavailable" and never present "couldn't check" as "no such company". If the official registry check doesn't go through, that report is refunded automatically.

Where does the data come from?

Government company registries, the EU VAT system, public sanctions lists such as the UN's, and public web records like domain registrations and website archives. Mainland China companies come from a third-party business-data service and are labeled as such. We only use official APIs and public information, and we don't scrape websites.

Does it cost anything?

Sign up and confirm your e-mail address to get 3 full reports. Free company lookups and all the tools cost nothing. After that you buy reports one at a time or in a pack, or choose a monthly plan; see the pricing page.
